Restaurant Manager
You will have previous experience in similar fine dining restaurants and be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant and bar, ensuring that staff have a clear understanding of the standards and performance expected of them. You will ensure that profit targets are achieved, sales are maximised and customer expectations are exceeded every time. An excellent opportunity for someone with great floor presence, attention to detail and the ability to manage, organise and motivate a team are essential requirements of this role.

Full Time Waiting Staff
You will have experience in similar, busy restaurants and a good working knowledge of food and wine. A good rapport with customers is essential as this role has a strong customer focus. Sensible shift pattern, excellent shift rate and gratuities are available.
